These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Fadi Masud (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Kids Story Galaxy application (“the App”).
This agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Kids Story Galaxy is designed for children ages 3–12. If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing your child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the App.
By using the App or allowing your child to use it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
All content in the App — including stories, illustrations, narration audio, animations, game designs, character designs, music, and user interface elements — is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Coloring artwork created by users within the App may be saved and shared for personal, non-commercial use.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock additional content including stories, game levels, and coloring pages. Free content (the first two items in each category) is available without a subscription.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You can also manage subscriptions within the App through the Parent Dashboard.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price increase will take effect for billing periods starting after the change and, where required, Apple will notify you and may require your explicit consent to continue at the new price.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.
Subscriptions may be shared with family members through Apple’s Family Sharing feature, subject to Apple’s Family Sharing terms and limitations.
We are committed to providing safe, age-appropriate content for children ages 3–12. All stories, illustrations, games, and activities are designed to be educational, entertaining, and suitable for young audiences. The App contains no violence, mature themes, or inappropriate content.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. For support inquiries, please contact: support@cryptolive.blog
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions governing your use of the App Store.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We may add, change, or remove content, features, or subscription tiers. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
